[Releasing November 20] Exhibition Catalog “Atsushi Kitagawara: The Constellation of Time and Space”

Reflecting the structure of the exhibition, the publication consists of two volumes—The Book of Space and The Book of Time.

In The Book of Space, the creative process visualized through installations in the exhibition is reconstructed on paper. Models, sketches, and Kitagawara’s own words—interlinked like constellations—are accompanied by commentary, offering an in-depth exploration of the architect’s world.

The Book of Time presents a wealth of unpublished design documents and drawings, tracing in detail the process by which Kitagawara’s concepts evolved into architecture, with a particular focus on Nakamura Keith Haring Collection.
Featuring essays by colleagues and collaborators who have long shared insights with Kitagawara, along with a comprehensive chronology, this two-volume set serves as both an introduction and an in-depth reference to his architectural practice.
