Please download and fill out the application form (PDF).
2. Prepare Your Proposal
Prepare a proposal outlining the project overview and information about your organization.
3. Submit Your Documents
Upload both the completed application form and your proposal via the contact form.

Depending on the content and timing of your request, we may not be able to accept it or may ask you to adjust the schedule.

If you wish to conduct filming or projects that feature Keith Haring’s artworks displayed at our museum, permission from the Keith Haring Foundation in the United States may be required.
The museum does not hold the copyright for Keith Haring’s works.

The museum reviews submitted proposals and applications solely to determine whether the location can be made available for use.
The museum does not take part in any copyright-related decisions, including the rights or permissions concerning Keith Haring’s artworks.
